What Stagecraft keeps

What you enter: your profile, instruments, monthly challenges, practice, recordings, scores, sets and archive. Only you can see it, unless you share something yourself.

Who helps

Supabase stores the data and files, Vercel runs the app, Anthropic’s Claude writes challenge proposals and reads score pages you upload, and Proton Mail sends your sign-in codes and reminders. Each only for that purpose.

Videos from YouTube

Videos in your archive play through YouTube’s embedded player (YouTube API Services). When one plays, YouTube receives data as described in the Google Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service apply. Stagecraft keeps only the link, the title and your notes.

Band pages

A band page shows what its musician puts on it, once they make it link-only or public: the band’s words, its members’ names and instruments, shows, links, chosen videos and who runs the page. Visitors need no account and get no cookies from Stagecraft; the hosting keeps its usual short-lived request logs. Videos on a band page play through YouTube, as above. Name only members who agreed to be on the page.
